twaind.ch is a software development company based in Switzerland.

02.What we collect
When you fill in our contact form we receive your first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you send. We use this information to understand your enquiry and reply to it.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, IP address, browser type, request time. These exist so the site stays secure and reliable.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build behavioural profiles on visitors.
03.Why we use it
Contact form data is used to reply to your enquiry and to follow up if there is a fit for working together.
Server logs are kept for security, abuse prevention, and basic site performance.
Our legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in operating the site safely.
04.Who sees your data
Inside twaind.ch, only the people directly involved in scoping or replying to your message.
We rely on a small number of essential service providers to operate the site, mainly hosting and email delivery. They process data on our instructions and only to the extent needed.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
05.Where your data is stored
We host with providers in Switzerland and the European Economic Area where possible. When data has to leave that perimeter, it is only with providers that offer recognised safeguards.
06.How long we keep it
Contact form messages: typically up to 24 months after our last meaningful exchange, so we have context if you come back. Sooner on request.
Server logs: a few weeks, then deleted.
08.Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@twaind.ch.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can file a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are called out at the top.
